Class Offerings
Vinyasa I Class with Becky
Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 PM
In Vinyasa I, we will connect the breath with postures to align the body and mind. This class will offer seated, standing and balance postures with plenty of modifications.
Yoga + Climbing Class with Hannah
Fridays 6:30-7:30 PM
During this class, we will address the most pressing physical and mental needs of rock climbers through a disciplined practice of yogic techniques, including asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), and meditation.
