Vinyasa I Class with Becky

Wednesdays 6:30-7:30 PM

In Vinyasa I, we will connect the breath with postures to align the body and mind. This class will offer seated, standing and balance postures with plenty of modifications.

Yoga + Climbing Class with Hannah

Fridays 6:30-7:30 PM

During this class, we will address the most pressing physical and mental needs of rock climbers through a disciplined practice of yogic techniques, including asanas (yoga postures), pranayama (breath work), and meditation.

Beginner Yoga Flow with Amy

Saturdays 9:00AM-9:45AM

Join Amy for a beginner Vinyasa morning flow! This class will be held before the gym opens, so we will get to flow with the boulders in the main area of the gym. Amy’s passion is to get everyone comfortable starting their Yoga journey, so this will be a rewarding class with plenty of modifications.
